The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and a short walk to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

Stayed at Tandem - Boutique for one night near the train station. Exceptional breakfast with a variety of baked goods and made-to-order eggs. Clement, the front desk staff, was very helpful and even opened the bar for a late night wine. Nice, clean room with a big bed and spacious bathroom. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location of Hotel Tandem. It is right across from the Train Station and just a short 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the Old City. The staff was super helpful and friendly, speaking English fluently. They gave us great suggestions for dining and the best sights to see. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The boutique decor added a fun and unique touch to our stay.

We appreciated the option to make our own hot beverages in the room, as well as the availability of extra blankets and pillows. The hotel's convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station and close to the city center, made exploring the city a breeze. The absence of noise from trains or other guests ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Alsatian baked goods, fueling us for a day of sightseeing.

We got amazing value for our money at Hotel Tandem - Boutique! The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and all the major sights. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful, especially Audrey who went above and beyond to assist us when my husband had an upset stomach and needed medicine late at night. We cannot thank her enough for her outstanding situation management. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and Jayjay at the breakfast area took great care of us, even when we arrived a little late. the entire team made our stay at this hotel exceptional!

The hotel's location right in front of the train station made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city. Just a quick walk across the plaza and I was ready to start my day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer my questions and provide me with maps. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was impressed with the eco-friendly amenities in the room. Great location, just opposite the main train station with a beautiful square view. Lovely decor throughout, and big rooms. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Supermarket and bakery close by. Walking distance to Petit France and river.

We had a fantastic stay at Tandem - Boutique. the location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the train station with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. the old town was a bit further but still within a manageable walking distance. the breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide selection and excellent service. the staff at the reception, bar, and breakfast counters were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. the cleanliness of the hotel and the stylish decor, with its tandem bike theme, added to the overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, with the train station just across the street, yet it was still within walking distance to many attractions in the old city center. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with many delicious options to choose from.

There was a minor issue with the size of the elevator, which could be a bit tight if you are carrying a lot of luggage.
