The staff truly made an effort, with Jackie making us feel welcome! The breakfast was a standout, featuring fresh fruit that exceeded expectations!

Though the room was clean, the carpets showed obvious wear and could use an upgrade to match the hotel's other amenities.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Cumming for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Jackie at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and even asked what floor I preferred, which made me feel valued. The room had refreshing orange accents that uplifted the mood and felt modern. I loved the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit—each morning welcomed me with delicious blueberries, melons, and a great variety to start the day. The entire hotel was clean, and I could really appreciate the attention to detail from the staff.

The indoor pool area was a bit crowded.

With such a charming color scheme, there's a disappointing need for brighter lighting in the bathroom!!! Attention to carpet improvements could genuinely enhance the overall atmosphere!!! Don’t overlook a better functioning heating/cooling system!!!

the fairfield inn was a great place to stay for our two nights. jackie at the front desk truly stood out with her warm welcome and even asked what floor we preferred! the breakfast had amazing fresh fruit, perfect for a refreshing start to the day. the location is convenient, making it easy to reach nearby venues for the wedding.

The rooms have a unique, uplifting orange color scheme that makes them feel a bit more alive than your standard hotel fare. The breakfast stands out with freshly cut fruit that tastes like it came straight from a farm—huge blueberries and flavorful melons make for a tasty start to the day.

However, the hotel shows its age, especially with the carpets in need of an upgrade, which can trap dust and make the air feel a bit stuffy. The lighting in the bathrooms is dim, making grooming after a long day a challenge, and some beds might leave you feeling like springs are jabbing you in the back, which isn't ideal after a long journey. While the general cleanliness is satisfactory, I found the comfort level a bit lacking overall.

The location was perfect, I could walk to a number of places for dinner and grab organic groceries easy. The breakfast buffet was really great, I filled up on fresh fruit and the staff there made sure things were always stocked.

It wasn’t the least expensive choice but for what I got, it felt acceptable.

the staff at the fairfield inn were consistently pleasant and welcoming, especially the friendly gentleman at the front desk who made our stay memorable. the room was modern, bright, and had all the amenities we needed (loved the large flat-screen tv! ). breakfast was delightful, offering a good variety even with limited options.
