The kitchen area had everything we needed to cook a full meal, and the full-size refrigerator was a bonus. The hotel's convenient location near the mall, restaurants, and a bowling alley made our weekend enjoyable without having to travel far. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Felt very much at home, and the staff was always willing to help with anything.

The rooms were well equipped with a mini kitchen, making it convenient to prepare our own meals. the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Plus, we loved that there was a fire pit outside for those cold nights. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

The price was a bit high for the size of the suite and the bed wasn't as comfortable as expected. Additionally, the bathroom was on the smaller side and could be challenging for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is perfectly located, right by the mall and surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, like little two bedroom apartments. The staff is amazing, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is efficient and filling, although I missed the waffle iron.

I did encounter some noise issues from the rooms above, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in Alexandria for a few nights. Despite being here for a funeral, the staff made me forget about my situation. The dayshift front desk crew provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist me. The housekeeping manager and her staff were also phenomenal, addressing any concerns promptly. The property itself was well maintained, with comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and the added bonus of a fire pit outside on cold nights. The two bedroom suite with individual thermostats and a mini kitchen was perfect for our needs. This will definitely be our preferred hotel in Alexandria.
