Super friendly staff, extremely clean, very central location near the grotto. Ideal for visiting Lourdes on a budget, with comfy beds and clean showers and toilets.

Felt so welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the train station. You can easily explore the city and visit the sanctuary. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast is good, with a variety of local products.

The noise in the hotel can be quite bothersome. You can hear noises from other guests and it can be difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the sanctuary. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh options.

I had an amazing stay at Ocean! Pascale, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and an excellent cook. the breakfast included high quality local products and the staff were all very welcoming. the hotel's location near the train station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the sanctuary was perfect. the room may not have been spacious, but it had a beautiful small balcony and the hotel had a cozy and familiar atmosphere. everything was perfect, from the comfortable bed to the helpful staff.
