We had an extraordinary experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is simply stunning, right next to a beautiful beach and surrounded by lush gardens and the jungle. The cabanas are tastefully designed, with open-air walls that allow you to hear the calming waves and the cheerful birdsong. The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive waiters and the helpful cleaners. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were also top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, a relaxing garden area with beach umbrellas, and a fitness centre for those who wanted to stay active. We also loved the delicious food at the restaurant and the variety of activities available, such as table tennis, darts, and even canoeing! This place truly exceeded our expectations and provided us with a restful and rejuvenating experience.

We had a fantastic time at Palm Paradise Cabanas & Villas. The beachside location was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The swimming pool with its adjacent cafe was a lovely spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The spacious and comfortable family villas were a great choice. The on-site restaurant provided delicious breakfast and lunch options. We also appreciated the convenience of tuk tuks available at the property gate. The management, especially Rohan, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The beach, although not private, was the best public one in the area. We absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff, the tranquil ambiance, and the beautiful surroundings of this paradise resort.

We loved staying at Palm Paradise Cabanas & Villas Beach Resort. The cabana we stayed in was bright and clean, with the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. The grounds were beautifully kept, and we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside cafe. The woman who worked there was so kind and engaging. Plus, being able to refill our water bottles helped reduce plastic waste. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, near the beach and the pool was really nice. the rooms were clean and well-presented, with a spacious bathroom.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, with a lack of variety and not very tasty. some of the staff were not very friendly and did not seem interested in helping guests.

Had a wonderful Christmas at this resort! the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. the rustic cabanas were comfortable and added to the charm of the experience. the location of the resort was perfect, situated on a picturesque beach, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Only downside was the lack of consistency in the restaurant. It would have been better if they maintained the same level of quality across all dining areas.

The resort had a variety of accommodation options, including non-AC cabanas and AC villas, which was great. The well-kept garden with roaming monkeys and peacocks added to the charm of the place. The beach being just a 2-minute walk from the room was a huge advantage for us.

The reception staff could have been more efficient during the check-out process, as it took longer than expected. Additionally, the beach beds not being free and belonging to a separate cafe was a bit disappointing.
