I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location in a commercial area outside the city center was perfect for my needs. I appreciated being able to retreat to a peaceful and quiet environment after a busy day exploring. The hotel's service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all readily available. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. It truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which may not be convenient for those who want to explore the city center of Colmar. The distance is too far to walk from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is not in the city center, which means there may not be many attractions and restaurants nearby.

The housekeeping service was sloppy with dirty linens piled across the hall and the carpeting on stairs and landings being filthy.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a modern ambiance and stunning view of the lake. the breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. the staff was very professional and accommodating, always happy to help us with directions and advice on local eateries. the free parking was a great added bonus, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a reasonably priced restaurant nearby.

The Wi-Fi was slow, and we had to constantly reactivate it every time we logged in. the cleaners came barging into our room after only one knock, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
