All was perfect.

This fantastically priced place radiates an air of modest relaxation with a vibrant nightlife. The sauna works wonders after a work-out or on a lazy day. Shiralea offers a wide variety of room styles.

Oh, let's not forget the stained bedsheets and rock-hard mattress. Sleeping on nails would have been more comfortable.

Our stay at Shiralea Backpackers Resort was fantastic! We got great value for our money with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach with white sand. The staff at Shiralea were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Hygiene could be improved, especially in terms of cleanliness of the rooms and bedding. Loud music late at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

The noise level at night was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bar area seemed to attract a lot of party-goers, resulting in loud music and people talking loudly.

The location is just a short walk from the beach, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The restaurant serves decent and fast food, with both Western and Thai options. The pool is amazing, with a deep end and in-pool lounges. The parties and poolside BBQs are a fun way to socialize and enjoy delicious food. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The wifi connection is spotty, especially in the dorm rooms, which can be inconvenient. The bar can get rowdy with the tour groups that visit every week.
