I had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were amazing, always eager to help and provide recommendations for attractions, secure tickets, and offer logistic advice. They made me feel right at home. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to the main Boulevard and within walking distance to the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, shopping, restaurants. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. Plus, the breakfast was complete and of great quality.

Booked for a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They helped organize a cake and when we arrived at the room, it was beautifully set up with balloons and champagne. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our trip and the location was excellent. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.

We stayed at Hyatt Madeleine for 5 nights on a leisure trip. The staff was attentive and the location was great. The room was exceptionally clean with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The food and beverage staff were knowledgeable and recommended a great bottle of wine. The hotel is close to all the attractions and we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

I recently had an amazing experience at a hotel in an upscale part of a popular city. The staff at the hotel, especially at the reception, were exceptional. They were very responsive to my pre-arrival inquiries and even acknowledged a special occasion during our stay, offering us a complimentary upgrade and a glass of champagne. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the major sights. I couldn't praise the staff and the hotel enough for their excellent service and attention to detail.
