Friendly staff, comfortable room, with a nice walk to the nearby Hampden neighborhood where I was visiting family, and the location convenience was great since it's near a train station for easy access.

I stayed here for a night, and, as much as I wanted to like it, the room cleanliness was shockingly poor, with a distinct odor. Not to mention, the vending machines were completely empty, not even a chocolate bar! I guess expecting a warm welcome gift was too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Valet service is worth the extra cost for parking due to the tight garage. It saves time and hassle, especially during busy hours.
