During my stay at the Inn At The Colonnade, I had a fantastic experience with the repairman, Shaun. He went above and beyond to try and fix the TV for me, spending nearly 2 hours troubleshooting the issue. Despite the complications being with DirecTV, Shaun did everything he could to get a few more channels working. His dedication to ensuring I had a positive stay was truly commendable.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and a bathroom that had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Johns Hopkins University and the Space Telescope Science Institute. It was also conveniently close to transportation and provided easy access to all that was happening at Hopkins' Homewood Campus.

The customer service provided by Nijah upon check-in was exceptional. He went above and beyond to upgrade our room to a junior suite and ensure we had a great experience at Doubletree By Hilton. We were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Despite a few minor inconveniences during our stay, we were overall satisfied with the room and staff. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient for visiting the Baltimore Museum of Art, which was within walking distance. Being close to the Johns Hopkins athletic fields was a plus, as I could easily attend games. The hotel's location in the inner harbor area made it easy to explore the city.

I particularly enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the Johns Hopkins athletic complex, offering a nice view.

The noise from cars accessing the garage was a minor inconvenience, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot close to an art museum, campus and family. Rooms have a comfortable bed and there is a nice view of the campus sports fields. Staff was great and service was excellent. The lobby and restaurant had very unique décor. Coffee was available for free.

The restaurant service was quite slow and could use some improvement.

During our city trip, we stayed at a hotel that impressed us in many ways. the location of the hotel was perfect! It was situated in a popular area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. we enjoyed the convenience of having a shuttle service available to take us to nearby attractions.

the bathroom was quite small and we found that water collected on the floor after showering, even with the provided bath mat. Finally, customer service was lacking as we requested an extra towel daily but only received three.

Great location close to Baltimore Museum of Art and not far from the city centre. Spacious rooms with two queen beds and a balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast included, which was a great value for money. Friendly staff and basic amenities like a gym and nice bar.
