Clean, modern hotel with helpful staff, great pool, secure parking, and nice bathroom. Staff provided maps and information about local attractions. Plenty of parking available.

The hotel offered free covered parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable and there was a good selection of food at breakfast.

The room was small with no tea or coffee making facilities. the bathroom was also tiny and the air conditioning was not very effective.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Carcassonne! The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with a great bathroom. The staff was friendly and easy-going, and they were helpful in explaining and translating things for us and other guests. The restaurant had a good menu, and we especially liked the plentiful breakfast options. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the available drinks and snacks to take to our room at reasonable prices.

The hotel provided clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff. the breakfast was really good and I enjoyed the free WiFi. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Old Cite, which was the main reason for my visit.

The rooms were quite small and there were limited food options at the in-house restaurant. the surroundings of the hotel, being in a commercial estate, were initially off-putting.
