The breakfast was a nightmare—every bowl I found was chipped. Seriously, how hard is it to replace a few dishes? It totally made the whole morning vibe feel off, and I really expected better for the price we paid.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There is a free shuttle service to the airport which is super handy.

Oh, and the key card system was a bit annoying—one card per person is a must. Eating options were limited, with overpriced mediocre food from the restaurant. A kettle in the room would have been a nice touch.

Sound isolation was decent; I didn’t experience the typical hotel noise issue. the shower temperature fluctuated between barely warm and freezing cold, making it difficult to enjoy. Paper scraps were on the floor, suggesting a need for better housekeeping. While the breakfast buffet offered great bakery items and drinks, it closed promptly at 10 AM. Entry to the hotel was confusing, and the sofa bed needed attention, as it was hard to fix.

I loved how easy it was to access the CDGVAL shuttle tram directly outside Terminal 3, allowing me to smoothly transport my luggage without any hassle while being just a short stroll from the Roissy TGV rail station to Paris, as well as so close to the airport; also, the room itself was generous in size, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice view over the airport where I could watch flights come and go. I did find the dinner options could be improved, as I had a rather dry hamburger with little flavor.

The breakfast is excellent—great value and plenty of variety, even a pancake maker for the kids. The junior suite was spacious for four adults, with comfortable beds. Access to all terminals through the CDGVAL is a significant plus for travelers. customer service needs improvement. Missing a wake-up call led to a missed train and unnecessary expenses. Room cleanliness is inconsistent; splashes on doors and chipped crockery diminish the overall appearance. The lack of a coffee machine and a proper desk is a nuisance. It’s a mixed bag—ideal for convenience, but potential guests should be aware of service issues.

Clean room, comfortable bed with convenient amenities such as a great breakfast selection and quick access to the airport terminal to enhance your stay.

Location was convenient for connecting flights, near a mall and restaurants. Enjoyed the view of planes landing and taking off. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Some rooms had a musty smell. Key card system for lights was tricky for less experienced travelers.
