I love this hotel. It was my second stay, this time bringing my son to see the sights for a 3 day trip. Staff go above and beyond, special mention to Simone. Splurged on a 13th floor studio with a view of the London Eye, worth every penny. The kitchen and Nespresso machine were handy. Spacious and comfortable room to relax in after a busy day. Enjoyed meals in the bar. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Waterloo station and within walking distance of popular attractions like the London Eye and Westminster. The soundproofing is great, so outside noises are almost non-existent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a hot shower and a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized. The highlight of our stay was the massage at Aurora Spa, which was fantastic. the hotel is clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine for our special occasion.

The restaurant was closed, which inconvenienced us a bit. It would have been nice to know in advance, so we could have made alternate plans.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and we appreciated the complementary hot chocolate and cookies upon our arrival. the hotel was in a great location, close to many attractions and public transportation. Our room also had a beautiful view of the city skyline.

Our Thanksgiving dinner was a great disappointment. the turkey was overcooked and dry and the stuffing lacked flavor.
