the reception staff were almost comically rude, acting like my request for an early check-in was some kind of burden. also, the hot water was out one morning, how delightful! i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for these lovely inconveniences, but i guess they’re just too busy for that kind of service. couldn't even recommend this place after all.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious while the location was just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, providing easy access to all the city's main attractions.

We had the pleasure of staying here recently, and the room was really nice. We got upgraded after a little hiccup with our reservation. My kids loved how close we were to all the major spots, and the staff was super attentive, offering complimentary breakfast vouchers when things got a bit rocky, which was a nice touch.

the location was amazing. just a short stroll from the National Mall! the staff was incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations. breakfast was a nice treat too. loved the fresh waffles!

Ope, I tell ya what, the staff here was super friendly and even offered us some champagne when we arrived. Rooms were cozy with comfy beds, and the shower had great water pressure! Just wish the heating didn’t get stuffy—felt like I was in a sauna at times! Plus, the lobby smelled real nice. Gotta mention the little brown bag spot next door for breakfast, yum!

My wife says that the room service was a bit slow and could use improvement, especially for families.

The location is central and ideal for exploring on foot, with views of a lovely park. However, the wheelchair accessibility doesn't quite meet expectations. the room is cramped and the shower floor flooded, creating a safety hazard. Some electrical outlets were also nonfunctional, complicating essential tasks. While the breakfast included boiled eggs and the restaurant offered prompt service, the overall experience fell short due to maintenance issues. Access to filtered drinking water was a challenge as well, requiring trips off-site.

The location is super convenient for exploring. really close to the White House and great transportation options. The staff was friendly and responsive, catering to our needs super quickly. Enjoyed the cozy ambiance. made our stay feel special!
