The hotel offers impeccable service, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and always refreshing our room. The attention to detail is remarkable, with daily added touches that made our stay extra special. The hotel facilities are luxurious, from the beautiful bar with its perfectly made cocktails and snacks, to the gold-guided lounge rooms and outdoor courtyard. The location is ideal, with a safe and quiet atmosphere, and close proximity to important landmarks and attractions.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms full of luxurious details. Marble bathrooms have heated floors, rain showers, and Japanese toilets. Impeccable staff provide excellent service and add thoughtful touches to the room daily. Attentive concierge and a nice bar. Spectacular haute cuisine dining experience.

Had an amazing time ringing in the new year at this intimate and romantic hotel. the suites are spacious and beautifully decorated, with luxurious marble bathrooms and rain showers. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel like royalty. the location is perfect, just a few steps away from a major attraction. We enjoyed delicious meals from the restaurant and excellent spa treatments that were super-relaxing.

The hotel does not offer many free amenities and services, and some of the extras are quite expensive. the nickel and diming for everything was quite a disappointment.

the service was outstanding and fulfilled all of my needs. the Spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments and the sauna was very relaxing. the heated indoor swimming pool was perfect for an early morning swim. the room was exquisite and had exclusive advantages that added to my experience. the restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.

The only minor issue I faced was that the swimming pool was quite small for a hotel of this size. there were plenty of other facilities available to make up for this minor shortcoming.
