Had an amazing time ringing in the new year at this intimate and romantic hotel. The suites are spacious and beautifully decorated, with luxurious marble bathrooms and rain showers. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel like royalty. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from a major attraction. We enjoyed delicious meals from the restaurant and excellent spa treatments that were super-relaxing.

The hotel does not offer many free amenities and services, and some of the extras are quite expensive. The nickel and diming for everything was quite a disappointment.

The Spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments and the sauna was very relaxing. The heated indoor swimming pool was perfect for an early morning swim. The room was exquisite and had exclusive advantages that added to my experience. The restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I faced was that the swimming pool was quite small for a hotel of this size. However, there were plenty of other facilities available to make up for this minor shortcoming.
