The location of the hotel is stunning, with extraordinary views. The rooms are beautifully designed, with amazing beds and high-quality interior objects. The terrace at the rooms is super quiet and perfect for relaxation. The service level is superb, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The breakfast is amazing, with fresh and high-quality food. The sunbeds at the swimming pools are beyond comfortable. Guests are also offered complimentary bottles of champagne and flowers for special occasions.

The hotel was not fully prepared for mosquitoes, which could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

the staff was attentive and the service was impeccable, making sure all our needs were met.

Nonetheless, the hotel was well, prepared, with ample mosquito repellent and other products readily available.

The hotel offers extraordinary views and exceptional service. the comfortable sunbeds at the swimming pool are a highlight, and the breakfast is a must-try. the hotel also offers an extensive wellness menu, with very good massages, and the gym has high-quality equipment. the interior design of the hotel is exquisite and every detail looks great.

The lighting in the bedroom corridors wasn't bright enough, and the hallways leading to some rooms were quite dark, so it was difficult to see. Some of the staff was not very welcoming, and acted as though they catered only to high-end clientele.
