I was extremely frustrated with the check-out process. The staff was unhelpful when I pointed out inconsistencies in my bill, and it felt like they didn't care about my concerns at all. To make matters worse, after a long flight, the staff knocked while I was in bed, which startled me and felt incredibly intrusive. it was just not what I expected from a hotel claiming to offer high-end service.

the service was amazin and super friendly, and the location was just perfect for checkin out the sights. the room was really comfy with cool tech to control stuff from the bed, and the breakfast was yummy with lots of options. it was great to have a pool to chill after walkin around all day. also loved the little touches like gifts left on our bed.

only downside was the noise from the street which could get pretty loud at night, and the water pressure in the shower was kinda weak.

The location is excellent for exploring attractions, with the Louvre and Seine just a short walk away. The facilities are modern and accessible, making movement comfortable. Our room offered good space and amenities, which was a definite plus.

Elevator service is slow, leading to longer wait times during busy hours.

The spa facilities were a perfect retreat after a long day, and the complimentary welcome drinks truly set a pleasant tone for our stay. The iPad room controls were a fun and modern touch.

This was just a prime choice for a short layover in Paris with good value for the price. I appreciated having access to a well-stocked mini-bar in my room, which was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. Make sure to bring your own hair dryer if you prefer a normal one, as the Dyson might not suit everyone's needs.
