i was absolutely shocked by the staff's rudeness when i reported the light in my bathroom wasn’t working—no one even came to fix it! after driving 9 hrs for my stay, i expected a welcome gesture, but surprisingly got none. the breakfast area was chaotic and cramped. i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t!

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Loved the full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Super comfy with all the essentials like a flat-screen TV, seating area, and private bathroom. Staff was exceptional, accommodating our family's needs. Conveniently close to Costco and Walmart, making it easy for shopping. Appreciated the free breakfast too!

Had a great time with friends! We checked out the local attractions like the nearby aquarium and went to the beach, which were awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is decent, but keep in mind there’s a $10 parking fee now.

My only downside was being woken up early by loud roosters outside. it was pretty disruptive to our sleep. I wish there’d been better soundproofing.

hannah at the front desk was super nice and really helped us check in early, which was great with the kids. the room was spacious and clean, really comfy for our big family. we also liked that it’s close to a mall and restaurants, which was cool. overall, a nice place to stay if ur visiting salinas or monterey. the location was perfect for us being near family, despite everything we were there for.
