We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing; they were helpful, kind, and even provided us with information on late night snacks nearby. John T. at the breakfast buffet was very accommodating and friendly, and Rosie, our waitress, was attentive and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for those visiting the medical district as it is within walking distance of most hospitals. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great facilities such as a mini fridge and multiple shower heads. The hotel also had a Starbucks in the lobby and a gift shop for any last-minute purchases.

During our recent stay at the Houston Marriott, we were amazed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the Concierge Lounge, Christian, Crystal, and Juan warmly greeted us every week with a smile and a friendly hello. The morning chef, John, and Yolanda, our server, were always at our service without fail.

We also enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. We were impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, especially the staff's willingness to help with our car and luggage throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to Texas Children's Hospital. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and we loved having Netflix on the TV. The shower was nice with multiple heads and great amenities. The breakfast buffet was great, even though it was a bit overpriced. The staff, especially John T. at the breakfast buffet and Kendrick at the bar restaurant, were friendly and attentive.

The staff at the hotel treated me like royalty from the moment I arrived until I left for the airport. They addressed me by my name, responded quickly to my requests, and provided excellent room service. The front desk staff were helpful and kind, even going above and beyond by offering guidance on nearby late-night snacks. The front desk clerk showed exceptional compassion and support during a difficult time for me. The hotel is conveniently located near Memorial Hermann Hospital and offers a shuttle service. The room service food was tasty and well-presented.

We loved this place! It had a great location, close to many hospitals in the area. The room service and housekeeping were excellent. They also had a lot of shops and commercial services available, which was very convenient for us. The staff happily accommodated our request for another room away from the noise, and helped us with our car and luggage during our stay. The leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, and the sun terrace was a perfect place to relax.

Definitely recommend this hotel to others.
