The hotel had really friendly staff who made us feel welcome during our stay. we really enjoyed the complementary pool with bar and terrace which was perfect for hot days. The location was also great and very convenient.

We did have some issues with the temperature control in the room, and it would have been nice to be able to adjust it ourselves. some of the toiletries in the bathroom were basic and not replenished regularly, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure hotel in the centre of Toulouse. The staff were excellent, especially Mr. Frederic and Mr. Daniel at the reception, who went out of their way to assist us. The hotel facilities were clean and the location was perfect, as we could easily explore the city on foot without needing to use public transport. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
