our recent family holiday in lyon was made even better thanks to our stay at novotel. the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, from the spacious executive room to the convenient amenities like the kids' zone. we loved the location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and beautiful river views.

Great stay over Christmas. Wonderful view from the room, clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom with a frosted window, loved the TV bathtub combo. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient on-site parking and easy tram access to the city.

Had some small issues this time, and staff did not resolve them effectively. Requested a twin bed room but ended up with a big bed.

My family and I recently stayed at Novotel in Lyon for our Christmas tour of Europe. The Executive Room was perfect for our family of four with its spaciousness and dual toilets. The hotel's location right next to a shopping mall and the river was outstanding, and public transportation was easily accessible. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar with complimentary drinks, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. we had a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Cool location in a newer neighborhood, fantastic bar with lots of seating, attached to a shopping mall with plenty of food and shopping options , Vapretto boat transportation to old city just across the street, tram stop also across the street, director very helpful in finding parking for our oversized car.

I had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Lyon. I've been there more than 5 times and it's always at the top of my list. the location is perfect, being situated in a shopping center with top-notch restaurants, a cinema, and activities for kids. the Junior suite on the 5th floor was exceptional, with a double aspect view and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was excellent, featuring a window that frosted over with the touch of a switch. I loved being able to watch TV from the bath through the window into the bedroom. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the parking was convenient and reasonably priced. the tram link into the city and old town was also handy. the view from my room over the River Soane was truly breathtaking. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with daily bed linen and towel changes. There were tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning, and a quiet atmosphere. the wide-screen TV, large walk-in shower, and separate toilet added to the convenience. the friendly and helpful reception staff provided me with a map and useful information. the hotel's bar/lounge and outside seating were great for relaxing, and the bar staff were courteous. the hotel's proximity to restaurants and shopping was excellent, and the vaporetto provided good links to the rest of the city.

The staff were super friendly and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was mind-blowing, especially the fish dishes. The room was incredibly comfortable and made us want to stay in longer. The rate was quite reasonable for our business trip. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby mall. The beds and wifi were excellent. it was a jaw-dropping experience!

I recently stayed at Novotel in a cool, newer neighborhood for a few days. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel-reserved parking was full but we found parking just outside. The attached shopping mall had lots of options and the Vapretto boat and tram stops were conveniently across the street. The rooms were spacious and modern, with imaginative features like the liquid glass in the bathroom. a great experience!

During our stay at Novotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our executive room. The room had two toilets, making it perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the minibar, which provided complimentary drinks. Additionally, the hotel's location near a beautiful river and mall was convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, with free meals for children under 18. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the view and contemporary architecture, perfectly located with great nearby restaurants and food mall. Free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast offer were great bonuses and the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel and were impressed by their organized front desk. The staff provided room keys to everyone in our tour without any hassle. The room itself was spacious and the windows offered great views from both sides. The Wi-Fi worked well and we had a peaceful sleep without any noise from neighbors. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Bonaparte Bridge and the old town, with easy access to transportation. Novotel provided a very good experience and I would recommend it to others.
