We had a fantastic stay at this cosy and friendly hotel in central Chamonix. The location was perfect, being very close to the railway station and pedestrian shopping streets. We were able to easily walk to both cable cars in about 10 minutes. Despite the rooms being rather small, they were fresh, clean, and comfortable. The ski room with boot heaters was a great feature. The breakfast provided was very good and the bar and restaurant were nice. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed a centrally located hotel with a balcony and amazing views of Chamonix. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant had great food and excellent service. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly option in the heart of the action.

Great staff, cool decor, comfortable rooms and beds. Central location close to bars and restaurants. Good breakfast with tasty options. Nice views from some rooms.

The hotel was in a great location close to transportation and all the action. the bistro was a decent option to grab a quick bite to eat. the hotel offered two complimentary amenities which was a nice touch.

The rooms were small and not always cleaned daily. the temperature control was also an issue, as the rooms were not adequately heated.

Perfect location, great atmosphere, good breakfast choice, comfortable bed, nice mountain view.

Amazing fries at the bar, best ever! Miss them already. Cozy, not dated view from the room. Inspiring history. Clean, comfy room and large bathroom. Balcony with incredible view. A bit noisy at night, but earplugs provided. Breakfast great, staff super helpful. Great location in the middle of town. Nice bar with table service. Excellent Christmas dinner, accommodating to vegetarians. Cosy, warm bar area. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Easy transfer from Geneva airport. Great town centre vibe.

the location was fantastic, right in the center of town and close to ski hire and transportation. the room was small and cosy, but it suited our needs. the bathroom was good and we enjoyed having evening drinks in the bar downstairs. the locker room was great and we would definitely come back. We didn't try the breakfast, but everything else was great at Pointe Isabelle.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with an incredible view and a central location. the room was large, clean, and had a beautiful balcony. the staff was very helpful and made our holiday amazing. We would definitely return.

Great location in the heart of town, close to all attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a cool atmosphere and provides everything you need. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony. Despite a minor inconvenience with the shower, our stay at Pointe Isabelle was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
