The restaurant at the hotel was amazing, with an excellent evening meal and a lovely breakfast. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from a charming medieval village. It was convenient and added to the overall experience of the stay. Lastly, I really appreciated the wonderful service at the front desk, where Estelle and Jeremy were extremely helpful and friendly.

There were a few negatives during my stay. First, the room I stayed in wouldn't cool down, even after reporting the problem and having the facilities person look into it.

We also appreciated the included breakfast, which was relaxing and plentiful. the staff throughout our stay were extremely polite and helpful. We were particularly impressed with Hichem, who went above and beyond to help us locate our lost luggage and recommend the best places to eat in town. we highly recommend Pullman for a fantastic stay in Toulouse.

I also enjoyed the room service breakfast, which was served on time. The best part of my stay was the personalized touch the staff added for my birthday. They left a handwritten note and a gift of violet bonbons, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
