I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. Secondly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a great balcony for our toddler to enjoy. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and bakeries just a short walk away. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

No major issues during my stay.

The apartments were beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. The communication with the reception staff was excellent and they were friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and the pool was nice and warm. There were a good choice of nearby restaurants and the parking was easy. the hotel had at least two adapted apartments for disabled visitors, which is a great advantage. The location was also perfect for day trips to Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, San Sebastian, and St Jean Pied de Port.

One minor issue was that we couldn't get the Wi-Fi password when we checked in late in the evening. It wasn't provided in the room and the reception was closed.

The location is quiet and there is a nice warm pool for guests to enjoy. There are also nearby restaurants to choose from. Easy parking is available and there are at least two adapted apartments for disabled visitors. The location is also convenient for day trips to Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, San Sebastian, and St Jean Pied de Port.

One drawback mentioned by a guest is the slight lack of amenities, such as not enough toilet roll and washing up liquid.
