This hotel is a true gem! The decor takes you back to the roaring 20's and 30's, giving the place a touch of nostalgia and luxury. The front desk staff are efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lounge offers a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, although it can get a bit crowded during peak times. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to public transportation and a plethora of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the policy of having to pay for wines in the lounge. Considering the level of this hotel, it would be more acceptable for complimentary wine to be offered. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room, as going downstairs to get coffee early in the morning was a bit of an inconvenience. On some occasions, there was no coffee or milk left in the lounge later in the evening, which was a disappointment. these were minor inconveniences and did not overshadow the positive aspects of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many DC attractions and right next to the metro. The staff were friendly and attentive, even upgrading my room to a larger size. The hotel was clean and the facilities were excellent.

I got great value for my money with a beautiful and historic hotel building, comfortable beds, and excellent pub food at the Edgar. The location was perfect, close to the subway and within walking distance of the Mall and Dupont Circle. The staff was welcoming, generous, and always ready to help.

Breakfast delights could have been better with more options to choose from.

During my stay, this hotel fulfilled my every luxurious need. The room I stayed in was extremely grand and included many exclusive amenities such as a private spa and bar. The restaurant, with its exquisite cuisine, provided an unforgettable dining experience, and the bar/lounge area featured live entertainment, which added to its chic atmosphere. Additionally, the location was ideal and provided easy access to many local attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the television in my room, which seemed to have a low resolution. Other than that, this hotel provided an exceptional level of service and included many leisure facilities such as a well-designed leisure/TV room, which added to the exclusive environment. I highly recommend this venue for those seeking an unparalleled luxury experience.

My stay at the Autograph Collection was fantastic. The hotel porter was friendly and efficient, making our late check-in a breeze. The gentleman who checked us in was of Polish descent and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He even upgraded our room! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the White House and other major sights. The room itself was clean, fresh, and had a very cool temperature. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff members were always friendly and willing to assist with any requests or concerns. The room was cozy and clean, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a cool and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's key location made it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions.

One downside was the lack of a coffee maker in the room. However, complimentary coffee was available after 6:30 in the restaurant.

As someone with physical handicaps, I found the facilities and amenities to be accommodating. The hotel's close proximity to the subway made it convenient for transportation. The beautiful heritage building and attractive design added to its charm. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed delicious pub food at Edgar's and the option of room service breakfast. It was also a nice touch to have free coffee and tea to go from the bar. Additionally, the availability of bottled water at the reception was appreciated.
