I had a fantastic stay in an apart'hotel that exceeded my expectations. The spacious rooms were perfect for my family, and we loved the big balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The location was ideal, with quick shortcuts to the Lourdes sanctuary and church. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the well-maintained rooms provided all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was very appropriate and well suited for my intentions on my trip, which was based around the pilgrimage of Lourdes. The hotel provided everything I needed, and the exterior was very pretty. A very nice touch was the clean and refreshing swimming pool. The balcony's view was fantastic, and I enjoyed the close proximity to a tasty bakery.

the apartments were clean and comfortable, perfect for families. the swimming pool was a hit with my children. the helpful staff at the help desk spoke excellent English. Despite arriving when the office was closed, I had no issues getting my apartment. Staying at this hotel made my pilgrimage feel like a holiday.

Everything was satisfactory.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the town and with convenient parking. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. One of the highlights was the nearby bakery, which offered delicious food.

The room could have been better prepared, as the fridge was not plugged in and there were no tea towels or washing up liquid. The lack of a shower screen made it difficult to prevent water from getting all over the floor.

During our stay at Zenitude Hotel-Residences L'Acacia, we were impressed by the great service provided by the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to use the toilet facilities when we arrived outside of check-in hours. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with comfortable mattresses. We were also pleased that they made an effort to provide us with three rooms close to each other. Parking was free and they allowed us to park even after check-out.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes and got great value for my money. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a small cooker microwave, making it convenient for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They really made me feel welcome.

The morning meal could have been better.

The pool was nice, not crowded and very clean. the room had a comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchenette. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants. An added bonus was the free parking.

The staff were helpful when available. the breakfast was okay. the hotel had a swimming pool, which I didn't get a chance to use.

The place was nothing like the pictures. It was run-down and the bed was creaky and uncomfortable.

The room and bathroom were reasonable in size, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the lovely facilities, especially the balcony with a fantastic view. The breakfast at the main reception area was a good option. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
