Perfectly located with friendly staff

My stay at Residhome Reims Centre was delightful. The spacious studio had a fully functional kitchenette, making it easy for a quick snack. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to be welcoming. their tips on local spots were invaluable!

While I enjoyed my time, the parking process could be smoother—having to check in and then park can be a hassle. Also, it would have been nice if there was air conditioning in the room for warmer nights.

the noise from the nearby train station was utterly unbearable, waking me at ungodly hours, and enjoying sleep was a distant dream. plus, having to scrub my own dishes, really? as a valued guest, i simply expected a complimentary upgrade or at least some consideration. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location was great, just outside the old city center, and the staff spoke English. You can get your breakfast from a bakery nearby, much better than other hotels we tried. The studio was well-equipped for longer stays too!

Housekeeping could improve, as we missed cleaning during our stay. And the parking process was slightly confusing.
