Nice spa facilities, although a jacuzzi/hot tub would be a great addition. Helpful and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant and ski shop. Great hotel amenities, including late check-in, heated boot room, and luggage storage.

The hotel's location was ideal, with a short 5-minute walk to the gondola. there were three restaurants on-site, including a sushi restaurant, which offered a variety of dining options.

One drawback was that the room was a bit small for a weekend stay, with limited space to unpack gear. the breakfast buffet could have been better maintained, as some of the hot plates were damaged, resulting in food that wasn't always kept warm.

The bar area provided great entertainment with pool and table football, and there were ski lockers available for our convenience. The spa area was really nice and allowed us to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel was just a short walk to the lifts, making it easy for us to access the slopes. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide choice and great facilities. Furthermore, the staff at the reception, restaurant, and ski-hire shop were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beds were also really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would definitely go back to this hotel.
