Great location, very close to the main attractions and easy to move around. the staff was nice and friendly, always willing to help. - the rooms were clean and the bathroom was spacious.

The towels provided were too small, making it difficult to wrap around after a shower. The shower was too small and it was easy to accidentally turn it off while trying to move around.

I recently stayed at Roissy hotel for my annual trip to the sanctuary. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the basilica. The parking was very convenient, exclusively for hotel guests with a door leading straight to the hotel. The staff at reception, particularly Sabrina, were amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with my travel arrangements. The breakfast included was good enough and I appreciated the Italian coffee machine in my room. I would definitely hire Sabrina if I were an employer in the region.

During my stay at Hotel Roissy, I was amazed by the location. Being just a short walk away from Sanctuary Notre Dame, it was perfect for my pilgrimage journey. The hotel is also surrounded by souvenir shops and excellent restaurants, making it convenient for all the pilgrim travelers like me. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure my needs were met. The room might have been a bit dated, but it was still clean and comfortable. I had a great experience at Hotel Roissy, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Lourdes.

The free Christmas candy canes and hot chocolate in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions and restaurants which made it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room, it made it easy to stay connected with our loved ones.

The hotel room felt a bit old and outdated, the decor could use some updating. the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful when we had questions about local events and activities.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner from the cave and very close to the church. The room was spacious with a little balcony, and the bathroom was clean and spacious with a walk-in shower. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety.
