Got a chance to spend the New Year in the picturesque French countryside. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with a Nespresso machine and complimentary macarons. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from the famous Chenonceau castle and other attractions. The homemade dinners prepared by the chef were absolutely delicious.

Limited dining options nearby when the restaurant was closed. Would have appreciated more options for meals, especially during the days when the restaurant was not available.

I had a fantastic stay at Sans Souci ! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming host went above and beyond to make me feel at home, even braving the rain to greet me at my car. The beautifully renovated building had a contemporary and cheerful atmosphere, and my room had all the necessary amenities, including coffee making facilities and a kettle. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and I also had the pleasure of enjoying the table d'hôte dinner on both evenings, which was simple yet passionately cooked. The hosts were not only charming but also knowledgeable, making my experience even more enjoyable. Secure parking was an added bonus. I highly recommend Sans Souci for a wonderful and pleasant stay in the Loire Valley.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming B&B. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, with each room decorated differently and the beds incredibly comfy. The B&B is set in a quiet location, making it the perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions such as Amboise and Chateau Chenonceaux. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality of the two hosts, James and Matthew. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and Matthew's culinary skills are not to be missed. The meals he prepared for us were simply amazing, both for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast. From the moment I arrived, the hosts, James and Matthew, made me feel incredibly welcome. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious heated pool and a fantastic restaurant serving the most delicious French cuisine. The location in beautiful surroundings was perfect - it was close to the most important castles of the Loire Valley, making it easy for me to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was simply outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience.
