The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the center of town and close to the ski lift and cable car. The rooms are spacious with clean sheets and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, although it could use some more vegetarian options. The views from the balcony were stunning, a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel also offers amenities such as parking and take away pizza snacks for lunch.

The walls in the bedrooms are quite thin, so some noise from other guests can be heard.

During our romantic escape, we had a great time in the area. the views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the easy access to the city center and walking paths. the breakfast and dinner were both included, and the food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, and we missed having a fridge and a kettle in the room. the Wi-Fi was not very good and we had a tough time connecting to it.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even provided ice packs for my injury! The location is perfect, as it is close to the center of Cortina with a nice view. The rooms were clean and had a mountain view, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast had a decent amount of options to choose from.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome I received at Serena Cortina. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and even surprised me with a glass of sparkling wine and a small cake in my room for my anniversary. The room itself was lovely, with a balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. The breakfast, though not perfect, had a nice variety of options, including fresh croissants and homemade puddings. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with the ski bus stop and ski hire shop just a short walk away. I had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return.

We loved the location of Serena Cortina, as it is within walking distance to the city center. the free parking space in front of the hotel was also a bonus. the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and cozy, providing a pleasant stay. the staff went above and beyond to help us out when we encountered a problem with our bus connection, finding a solution to get us to our destination. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

the hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to town and surrounded by restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and gave us a list of recommended places to eat. the breakfast offered a variety of options, although the pastries could have been better. Our room in the Annex had a stunning view of the mountains and a small patio. it was a good experience.

serena cortina truly a gem in cortina d'ampezzo. staff went above and beyond with hiking tips and gluten-free options for breakfast. cozy rooms with stunning mountain view and balcony to keep out the cold. excellent location, quiet yet close to town. super clean and plenty of parking. would definitely stay again.

Breakfast setup a bit odd, no gluten-free option without preordering. coffee had to be ordered separately, missed a chance for a second cup.
