We were extremely pleased with our recent stay at Sofitel. The hotel team, especially the guest relations staff, was exceptional. We booked a Junior Suite to accommodate our furry friend, and the room was not only comfortable but also beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bar had a lovely ambiance and offered a great selection of beverages. The housekeeping team provided excellent service, including a turndown service. Although the breakfast room and buffet lacked variety, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to take in some of the surrounding sights and found them quite impressive. The only drawback was the slightly cold temperature in the room, as the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Sofitel. It was just a block away from the main center of town, making it incredibly convenient to explore Strasbourg. Being close to the bustling center yet still enjoying a quiet atmosphere was a perfect balance. The staff at Sofitel went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Grégoire, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and assisted me with various requests throughout my trip. Additionally, Laszlo, the bellman, was reassuring and provided great support when my train was canceled due to a strike. The service they provided truly exceeded my expectations.

It is situated close to the shopping district, allowing guests to conveniently access a variety of shops and boutiques. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and we received two complementary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was walking distance to the Christmas market and other attractions. Another advantage was the fact that the hotel had a restaurant nearby that served great food.

The room we stayed in was very small and cramped, which made it uncomfortable to move around. the air conditioning wasn't very effective either, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a dream come true. the exclusive amenities in the room exceeded my expectations, including the private facilities and the in-room breakfast service. the staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with every request. I indulged in a full body massage at the spa and enjoyed the sun terrace with stunning city views. the location was perfect, with easy access to sightseeing and eating.

this did not hinder my overall experience at the hotel.
