Stayed over New Year - staff super friendly & helpful, clean rooms, and phenomenal diner. Location super key - facing the beach and shops right there, views were sweet too! Plus, the lady who tidied was ace even with our chaos.

Rooms need some love - smelly, AC weak, noise from neighboring partiers and old furnishings. Breakfast got boring quick with little variety.

The hotel is in a fab location, right by the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants - really convenient. the staff were lovely and super helpful, and our room was always spotless thanks to the sweet cleaner. Unfortunately, there was only one old chair on the balcony, but no biggie, as overall we had an ace stay! 🏖️

My family and I stayed at Urh Excelsior for a week. the location was perfect, close to shops, the beach, and restaurants. the breakfast buffet may be limited, but the diner's generous portions made up for it. the staff were always polite and ready to assist. the rooms were spotless, thanks to the dedicated and efficient cleaning lady who managed well despite our messy kids.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
