The family room with 2 bathrooms was a convenient setup for our group of 4. The beds and mattresses were clean and comfortable. The in-room facilities were impressive. The complimentary pick-up service was trustworthy, with the driver waiting for us at the train station. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore sightseeing and shopping areas nearby. The staff was cordial and provided valuable information.

The hotel is located in a lively area, especially in the evenings. It's close to Karol Bagh market, making it convenient for shopping and dining. We found it easy to meet our friend who arrived late at the train station. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, like escorting us to the nearby pharmacy. The breakfast was delicious, especially the masala omelettes.

That the bed was quite hard.

I had a truly fantastic experience staying at Sunstar. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me with a jammed suitcase lock. the rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel had a lovely roof terrace. the location was central, which made it easy for me to explore the city. the complimentary water and delicious breakfast on the rooftop were also great perks. Sunstar exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money.

The staff at Hotel Sunstar went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage situation at the airport. They were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to enjoy our meals and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
