As a solo traveler, I loved the charming room with a private garden. The hotel's facilities and garden created a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious and worth it if you're hungry.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They provided great recommendations for dinner and even gave me a map for a walking tour of the nearby medieval town. the personal touches in the hotel, such as the turndown service and the beautiful gardens outside, added to the overall wonderful experience. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the private garden adjacent to my room and the calming atmosphere created by the babbling koi pond with its well-fed fish.

One disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Considering the location and the warmer weather, it would have been nice to have this amenity.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, especially Stephanie and Marie. The location was great, not directly in town but still a short walk to the old town. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, don't miss the jus de pomp. Lovely outdoor areas added to the overall charm.

The TV was difficult to operate and the English channels were hard to locate. the area surrounding the hotel had a major issue with dog poo.
