The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were delighted to find a welcome box of snacks waiting for us at check-in, a lovely touch that added to our overall experience. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered great services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made our stay even more convenient.

The moment I walked into Chateau Merrimack, I was instantly captivated by the charming atmosphere. The aroma of a wood fire welcomed me, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The staff was always friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, despite being busy. The room itself was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The shower was a highlight with its excellent water pressure. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious food and had a wide selection of drinks. The location of the hotel is in a very nice green area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. By the time dinner was over, everything had cooled down and we could enjoy a comfortable room. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were a definite highlight of my stay. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the friendly and attentive staff at the on-site restaurant made dining a pleasure.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my experience. there were some communication issues with the staff, such as the phone not working and delays in receiving my breakfast order.
