The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made up, but they quickly took care of it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food and beverage manager, Andreus, provided excellent service during our business conference. The bar staff was friendly and remembered our preferences. the hotel provided great quality rooms and exceptional service.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, being right off the expressway and not far from shopping and restaurants as long as you have a car. The hotel is quiet and private, yet very safe and accessible. We especially loved that it was close to the airport, making our travels much easier. The service provided by the staff was excellent, as they were attentive and friendly. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated the dining options, with a restaurant and bar available for our enjoyment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was not extremely far from Chicago, so it was convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel was very clean and very safe, which was important to us, especially since we had younger children. It is also very convenient being right off the expressway and not far from shopping and restaurants, as long as you have a car.

The staff seemed annoyed when we tried to talk to them except for the lady at the bar. However, overall, they were still attentive and accommodating, notwithstanding the issues with the amenities.
