Our room initially had a temperature issue, but the service manager, Luke, quickly helped us and provided a new room. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was friendly. we enjoyed our stay at Ambassadori.

Rooms are spotless and comfy, equipped with luxurious bathrooms. Breakfast comes with live piano music, good variety of food and polite staff. Location is very convenient for touring the city. Great facilities, including a nice restaurant and a spacious pool. Staff are exceptional, ready to go above and beyond for guests' satisfaction.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as youngsters, as it was close to all city attractions. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Greg who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and arranging a taxi to the airport at night. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed dining at their restaurant.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a real treat, and the massage at the spa and wellness centre was world-class. The garden area and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding and relaxing in a peaceful environment. The private facilities in our room added to our overall experience and made it extra special.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the halal food options. Although the restaurant had a diverse menu, we felt that there could have been more options that catered specifically to halal dietary restrictions.
