The hotel's location was perfect, situated near Piazza square and close to all the attractions in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it was so close to everything in the area. We were just a few minutes' walk from the beach and all the attractions in the city. It was incredibly convenient.

Spent the Xmas break in a hotel in the city center. Beautiful building, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Ideal for families and located near the main attractions. Staff eager to assist with anything required, and the rooms were cozy and clean. Enjoyed a great view from the rooftop restaurant and free transfer from the airport.

Breakfast was a disappointment as there was little variety - waffles or pancakes on alternate days could have been introduced. Noise level could also be problematic for light sleepers, especially during peak periods, and there was a language barrier with some staff members that resulted in a sense of indifference.

I had a fantastic stay at Batumi World Palace. The location is excellent, just a short 7-minute walk to the beach. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with elegant decor. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, although the shower cabin would have been sufficient. Despite a few minor malfunctions in the room, the overall experience was great. The dining room offered a supreme breakfast and dinner, with friendly and helpful waitstaff. The value for money was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to this hotel next time. I highly recommend Batumi World Palace for a wonderful stay.
