We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, and we loved exploring the nearby Old City. The hotel itself was lovely, with comfortable and spacious rooms that were cleaned to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We especially loved the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of options. we highly recommend this place for its central location, great service, and comfortable accommodations.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Batumi that had an excellent location right in the center of the city. It was so convenient to be close to everything, including the Old City. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with comfortable furniture and soft towels. The staff provided amazing service, going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. it was a great experience.

When I had the window open, I could occasionally hear the A/C from a neighboring hotel. However, once I closed the window, it was perfectly quiet and comfortable in the room.

I arrived late and accidentally woke up a young girl, but she was understanding and took me straight to my room. She spoke both Russian and English fluently, which was a relief for a Western traveler like me. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. Most importantly, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Batumi West Hotel.
