The room felt like a work in progress with tape covering visible flaws, including a concerning hole in the main door lock. the uncomfortable bed kept me itching all night. Despite the cozy breakfast area, it struggled to accommodate guests during peak times. On the bright side, the hotel's largest claim to fame was the breathtaking view that kindly graced my visit.

Stunning Mountain View & Spacious Rooms

Despite some room maintenance issues and limited food options, the breathtaking mountain view and the spaciousness of the rooms made the stay memorable. Improvement could be made in the food variety and room repairs to elevate the overall experience.

The friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty homemade breakfast, and beautiful views from the balcony made our visit special. the hotel's location near Ooty Lake and Karnataka Garden added to our enjoyment. the relaxation areas, like the garden, and proximity to landmarks like Thread Garden enriched our family bonding experience, making it truly memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Treebo. the staff were incredibly polite and prompt, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. the bed in my room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. What I loved most about the room was its spaciousness - it was much bigger than many other hotels I've stayed in Ooty. And of course, the highlight of my stay was the green carpet balcony. It was the main reason why I chose this hotel in the first place, and the view from the balcony did not disappoint.
