We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was simply amazing. We enjoyed delicious meals, especially the pizzas for dinner. The location was also convenient, with the local airport and Pampulha lake area nearby.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Spent Christmas at a business hotel with great amenities. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel's location was convenient and close to many popular attractions.

The hotel lacked attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with hair left on the bathroom floor.

The staff at Quality Hotel Pampulha went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, particularly when we had a problem with noisy neighbors. Despite the inconvenience, they quickly found us a new room and ensured it was comfortable for us. The room itself was well-kept and clean, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day. The hotel also offered a good laundry service, which was a convenient bonus. Additionally, the double glazed windows were effective at blocking out external noise, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I had a positive experience at Quality Hotel Pampulha.
