Amazing pool area with great water games for kids. I had a poolside room which was perfect. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the room was clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast spread at Ramada was great, and the Indian vegetarian options were a pleasant surprise. The view from the cafe and bar by the Lagoon pool was stunning. Staff were friendly and helped me plan a day trip at a fair price. I recommend this hotel.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The on-site spa offered great massages at a great price, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with dream-worthy beds and pillows. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options, and the restaurant served amazing dinner and desserts. The pool was perfect for relaxation, and the daily happy hour was a highlight.

ramada exceeded my expectations during this shopping trip to seminyak. the pool and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel was centrally located.

Noise from other guests was a disturbance.

We had a fantastic experience at Ramada. the breakfast spread was excellent, offering more choices than other hotels we've stayed at in Bali. the pool was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and nice, always ready to assist when needed. the room was clean, spacious, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've ever slept on. We also enjoyed dining by the romantic poolside at night. a wonderful stay and we will definitely be recommending Ramada to others.

Had a lovely Xmas stay here with great facilities and service. Location was super convenient and close to everything we needed. the pool was the best aspect of the hotel, with plenty of space to lounge and relax. the complementary welcome drink and holiday treats were a nice touch and made us feel extra special.

The spa wasn't up to par with the rest of the hotel and the massage was average at best. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and options for special diets.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, close to Kuta beach and not far from the center. It offers great facilities in all areas of the resort, such as a cool pool and fantastic food. The rooms are comfortable with a choice of different views. Guests can enjoy Seminyak square and other nearby attractions. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring great service for all guests.

There were occasional issues with double charging for restaurant bills and long wait times for simple requests from housekeeping.

The staff accommodated my urgent request graciously, and the leisure spa and wellness centre provided a refreshing break from the heat. I loved swimming in the outdoor pool and enjoyed body scrub, beauty treatment, foot massage, and head massage. The sun terrace and garden area provided an ideal spot to relax. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the free toiletries were a nice touch.

I was disappointed when the receptionist refused to answer my question when I asked about the delay in check-in. She seemed too busy on her phone to pay me any attention.

The staff here did not extend the same Balinese hospitality that I have experienced in other places. However, I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, and overall comfort.

We had a lovely time at Ramada. the pool area was beautiful and the pool itself was large and impressive. While the hotel room was basic, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle bus to Seminyak and Kuta, as well as the affordable taxi service. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and there was always a taxi available when we needed one. it was a great value for the money.
