I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in a great location. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The staff at the reception, especially Nasser, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of good food to choose from. I also enjoyed the free roof-top terrace where I could bring my own food and drinks. The hotel's A/C, WLAN, and other amenities worked perfectly. The location was ideal, close to a pleasant pedestrian zone, the Jewish Market, and within walking distance of the Old City. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great staff, nice rooms, and excellent location.

Spent my Xmas holiday at this hotel and it was fantastic! the holiday atmosphere was amazing with complementary mulled wine and cookies. the location was spot-on, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the breakfast was delicious and included, and the rooftop terrace had stunning panoramic views of the city skyline.

The room with the balcony was a bit noisy due to traffic outside. the sound of bustling street activity was a bit overwhelming at times, especially during peak hours.
