Had a great christmas at this hotel. The pool was a major plus. The breakfast and lunch were also delicious. The check in and check out process was quick and hassle-free. Location was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. Enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms.

There were some issues with the service and attitude towards customers. Room service was slow and there was a lack of communication about the sudden closure of the casino.

Convenient Location: the hotel was perfectly situated for exploring the city without getting caught in heavy traffic. Facilities: the hotel offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a simple breakfast and a quiet working area. Friendly and Attentive Staff: the employees were English, speaking and always ready to help, making our experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Air Quality: the surrounding area had poor air quality due to heavy pollution, which may be a concern for those with respiratory problems. Credit Card Pre, charge: the staff locked the minibar unless a certain amount was pre, charged on the credit card, which was inconvenient for some guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had such a great experience! The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated in a very convenient area between two roads, and it is within walking distance to the Metro Station. The room service was impeccable, and I was able to enjoy car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made sure that all of my needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Not to mention, the flat-screen TV and the comfortable beds made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved that there were a variety of dining options available, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The staff here really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great dining experience. Lastly, I was able to take advantage of the leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and the spa centre. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Tbilisi. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They were always helpful and eager to assist with any request. The manager, David, truly stood out with his exceptional service. My special surprise for my husband's birthday was flawlessly executed, thanks to the assistance of Buba at the reception. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. I had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, particularly Martha at the reception, were professional and helpful. The check-in process was efficient and accompanied by pleasant conversation. The breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious food. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was exceptional. The location was convenient for transportation and there was parking available. We especially enjoyed the magnificent view of the city and mountains from our spacious executive room.
