Great location for skiing and paragliding, with easy access to the lifts, and amazing mountain views from the rooms. The hotel facilities are impeccable, including a lovely renovated pool and spa area. The restaurant serves very delicious food with great presentation and quality. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything in working order.

We were impressed with the excellent service we received at Marco Polo Hotel. When we asked for assistance with our sick child, the staff was quick to respond and very helpful. we recommend this hotel.

I recently had the best holiday in Gudauri staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift, and the views of the white snow-covered mountains are breathtaking. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were always helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the facilities like the bowling alley and indoor pool were a great added bonus. it was a fantastic experience!

I was disappointed to find out that there were extra charges for using the bowling alley, arcade, and billiards, which was not mentioned beforehand.

Luxurious amenities such as the Spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool make this hotel a great choice for those seeking relaxation. the service was outstanding, with attentive staff catering to our every need.

The karaoke bar was a bit noisy at night, disrupting our sleep on one occasion. this was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The breakfast and the view from the room were really good. the location, being close to the chairlift and a store, was convenient. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar during New Year's Eve.

The room we were given was right next to the common area, where guests were noisy and disruptive. the hotel could have done a better job of controlling noise levels or offering quieter rooms.
