We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a stunning room on the 15th floor with jaw-dropping picture windows that offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was super comfortable and we had a peaceful and quiet room throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff were not only professional and friendly but spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel also boasted amazing views and excellent dining options. We were thrilled to find out that they even catered to dietary restrictions, offering gluten-free meals. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to travelers of all ages.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, offering a beautiful panoramic scene of the city. the location was convenient, situated in close proximity to shopping malls and other amenities. One of the highlights was having a shattaf in the bathroom, which was a nice touch.

The staff at the hotel were not welcoming and seemed like they were doing us a favor by serving us. the layout of the room was not comfortable, with the toilet at the end of the room and the washbasin/shower in a different area, which felt weird.

The location is great, as it is within walking distance from most tourist areas in the city. We loved the view from our room and the pool facility is hard to beat. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. We were impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast. we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

The bath had some design flaw with no edge to prevent water from leaking on to the floor.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city within walking distance to the main sights. The view from my room, overlooking Rose Revolution Square and the river, was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic terrace where I enjoyed a drink and took in the view. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty food to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a lovely terrace restaurant called Fellini's. We were grateful for the upgrade to a spacious junior suite. The location was great, just off the main boulevard in the more modern part of the city. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh juice station. The staff was courteous and accommodating, particularly at the front desk, spa, and breakfast area.
