The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, with a delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options. The staff was friendly and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to key locations.

Although the hotel was new, there were some service issues that arose during our stay; room service menu mix-ups and linen not being changed during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Tulip Hotel & Casino. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and hospitable staff. The luxurious amenities, such as the Spa & Wellness Centre and Rooftop pool, exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing experience. The restaurant served a delicious array of breakfast options, including special diet menus. The room was spacious and offered exclusive advantages, such as a private sauna and in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue was the distance from the main attractions in the city. However, the hotel offered a shuttle service and taxis were readily available.
