We had a lovely time exploring the city thanks to the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near a coffee shop where I decided to stop feeling I was being transported back to the past with its charming ambiance. The hotel was also close to the old town of the city and a shopping center, allowing us to easily explore and shop.

That the hotel had limited parking, which caused some inconvenience for guests with vehicles.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to both the old town and a nearby shopping center. We enjoyed exploring the city and visiting Freedom Square, which is just a short walk away. The room was comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast offered a variety of options and I even requested a Turkish coffee, which was promptly provided. the facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool and fitness center.

There was a small lack of attention to detail, such as the absence of a coffee machine in the room and a smaller hairdryer provided.

Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Rooms have new furniture and spacious bathrooms with unique features. Breakfast is delicious and with a variety of tasteful options. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service at all times. Beds and covers are comfortable and of high quality.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided me with the best sleep I've had in a while. Also, the gym facilities were well-equipped and clean. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a few minutes away from the main square, a mall, and a metro station. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always at the ready to assist you with any concerns. Breakfast is a treat with a varied choice of food, catering to different tastes. The view from some of the rooms is breathtaking, giving you a glimpse of the city's high-rise buildings.

The hotel needs to improve its maintenance, as some of the fixtures and amenities need attention.

Good location, luxurious amenities and amazing service – these are the words that come to mind when thinking about my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff, who were always eager to assist me with anything I needed. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with exclusive advantages such as a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The Spa & Wellness Centre offered a fantastic range of treatments, where I was pampered and indulged in a state of relaxation. After a long day of exploring the city, the heated indoor swimming pool was a perfect retreat.

It's worth mentioning that although my overall experience was incredible, the only minor issue was the lack of a catering service available in the room, which would have made my stay even more comfortable. But all in all, this hotel has exceeded my expectations, the location being perfect, and everything else was amazing, from the live entertainment in the restaurant to the delicious continental breakfast.

As youngsters, we loved the central location of the hotel, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The rooms were comfortable, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities.

Felt like a second home, no complaints whatsoever.
