The staff were friendly and helpful, with decent English skills. The hotel's location was convenient, close to both the railway station and the city center. We had a fantastic stay at An Der Stadthalle. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and the railway station. The staff was very friendly and spoke decent English, making communication easy. The room we had was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was nice, with plenty of options to choose from. The free internet wifi access was reliable and convenient. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Braunschweig.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that pets were allowed to stay for free and that there was a cozy atmosphere in the hotel. the location was convenient, as it was close to the city center and railway station. the staff was helpful and spoke English well.

That the bed was a bit odd and could have been more comfortable. during the summer, the noise from the nearby busy road could be a problem if the windows were open.
