My experience was marred by a lack of communication from the staff regarding checking in. I arrived early due to a flight and was told I could return at certain times, only to be denied access until the official check-in time. Additionally, the neighborhood felt quite unsafe, as I witnessed drug-related activities, which impacted my overall comfort during the stay.

the gym was, practically a joke, with only 6 outdated machines and no weights, absolutely pathetic for a hotel of this size. also, the rooftop bar was boiling hot with uncomfortable furniture. i really thought i woudl get special treatment, maybe an upgrade or at least a drink on the house, but no, just regular old nonsense. so disappointing!

I enjoyed my 5-night stay in a spacious and tidy room, with a tasteful breakfast selection. Although the business center needs updates, and the location is a bit distant from tourist areas, taxis are affordable and convenient. Be cautious about opening windows to avoid mosquitoes.

The rooftop bar with tasty cocktails and the swimming pool were awesome. Plus, our room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed our time exploring the city!

I loved hanging out at the rooftop bar while taking in the views and enjoyed the cozy indoor swimming pool during my stay. There are great chances to relax at the spa lounge or the outdoor pool, which was a nice touch. Only downside was the bathroom needed a little more upkeep, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

The views from my room were just breathtaking! ! Woke up every morning to see the river and ocean from the balcony, and the modern decor was super refreshing! The breakfast spread was impressive, with tons of options – I mean, I could’ve lived on those omelets!
